The English Language Arts and Reading community at A+ Charter Schools shares a core belief that all learners deserve equal access to high quality, researched based literacy instruction. Our practices embrace the development of the whole learner in terms of reading, writing, listening, and speaking within multiple contexts and various formats in a culturally rich learner centered classroom. We commit to developing responsible, self-sufficient, fully literate citizens who can utilize critical thinking skills while maximizing their unique potential.
