The goal of A+ Charter Schools is to recruit and retain well-qualified employees to support our mission of meeting the individual learning needs of all students. We believe that all students deserve an education that prepares them for success in an institute of higher learning, and further believe that the greatest factors in providing that level of education are a strong, coherent curriculum, and a staff that implements exceptional instructional practices. 

We invite applicants to apply for substitute positions along with permanent positions. Signing up as a substitute doesn't hurt your chances of being offered a permanent job with the district.  Getting involved as a substitute allows for the opportunity of on-the-job training, while working in a variety of interesting positions, and meeting colleagues with a variety of experience and insight throughout all of our locations. It has been found that experience as a substitute often prepares an individual for permanent placement.
