In accordance with Chapter 176 of the Texas Local Government Code, A+ Charter Schools provides public access to Conflict Disclosure Statements (Form CIS) filed by local government officers and Conflict of Interest Questionnaires (Form CIQ) submitted by vendors. These forms help ensure transparency and compliance in our contracting and procurement processes.

A+ Charter Schools, Inc. a tuition-free public charter school district is subject to the requirements of the Texas Public Information Act.
All requests must be submitted in writing and should contain:
- Your Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Email or fax number (if applicable)
- Description of the information and/ or document being requested
- Subject heading “Public Information Request” or “Open Records Request”
The request must ask for records or information already in existence. The Act does not require the district to create new information, to do legal research, or to answer questions.
Requests should be directed to Atzziri Ochoa, Marketing Coordinator. Request must be sent as follows and will not be considered unless it is sent to the proper address.
